Hi, I'm Julie J Long,  mummy of five and highly experienced and successful business owner, mumpreneur and former MD.

 

After 10 fantastic but frantic years, I sold my business for a better work/life balance.  Family and friends marvelled at my success and wondered how I'd juggled building my international business alongside family life...

 

Somehow I did it and the rewards were emense, but at times I must admit, the journey felt lonely and isolating and I longed for someone who I could 'file storm' and 'brain storm' with.  

 

In those early years I simply couldn't afford staff (and the admin support and business support I desperately wanted), even part time felt too much of a committment for my home grown business, but needs forced me to try and recruit and believe me, it wasn't easy and there were some costly mistakes and challenging recruitment along the way!  

 

Finally a wonderful lady found me and slotted into my business, my vision and my office like she really cared!  She just got on with it often under her own steam, did the job well, gave great admin support and wasn't scared to put forward a different view to challenge me.  Basically she invested herself in my business, which allowed me to free up my time and invest in myself!

 

That 'saviour' moment has inspired me to help other mumpreneurs who may be feeling the strain and needing a flexible presence, at the right cost, to file storm (admin) or brain storm (ideas) with.  Think 'SMART TIME' not 'PART TIME' and invest in a few hours of admin or business support
